STORIES OF TRANSFORMATION
Art is not stand-alone. It is thought out, made and created by an artist. Come meet those who have been transformed and saved through the arts.
Casa de la Creatividad
In 2018, Premier Arts Collective began a relationship with Casa de la Creatividad, located in Cozumel, Mexico. Casa de la Creatividad (“House of Creativity”) is a choice-based art studio that offers open art exploration time to local, underserved children as well as a metal studio and drumming…

How We Work
Through our partners, donors, and research, we identify communities that are in great need of healing. We thoroughly vet each community and partner to ensure that the arts will be the right path for healing.
Once a community or organization is identified, we then look for stable partners in that area to come alongside us as we work to develop a specific arts and/or music-based curriculum for those they serve.
Once established, the impact of the arts and music brings life to individuals and communities at large. Cycles are broken, souls begin healing, and communities are empowered to live new and changed lives.
WHY THIS IS IMPORTANT
When people experience trauma in their lives, the process of healing and recovery can be complicated. Often, the pain from the memories and scars is too difficult to be spoken or even written. Self-expression through the arts and music helps to heal wounds and pave paths for recovery unlike anything else. It allows children and adults to be themselves, free of judgment and fear.
Studies have shown that creating art decreases levels of anxiety, lowers blood pressure and increases feelings of security and well-being. It heightens the feelings of love and happiness. The process of collaborating on artistic projects with other people helps develop awareness and increases compassion, resulting in a deep sense of community and empowerment.
Additionally, long-term benefits of expression through the arts and music help create a more positive self-image by developing confidence and curiosity, which are the keys to progress and success in the world.

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF OUR WORK
Premier Arts Collective is forging a new path to serve survivors of trauma, abuse and oppression. We fulfill our mission by partnering with passionate artists, musicians and organizations around the world who are committed to healing and hope.
Premier Arts Collective was born from the work of the Premier Foundation, an international Christian charity committed to being a voice for the disadvantaged. Since 1998, the Premier Foundation has existed to love and serve the impoverished by meeting their physical, spiritual, educational, social and emotional needs; thus, empowering them to be agents of change in their own communities.
When we show the love of Christ in tangible ways, such as through the arts and music, barriers are broken down, people are healed, and communities are restored. We provide critical art and musical experiences with independent therapeutic programming to aid in recovery and restoration for those in need of hope. Healing and empowerment of those we serve are fundamental goals resulting in transformed communities.
Headquartered in South Carolina and reaching worldwide, Premier Arts Collective is the nonprofit arm of Premier Productions, Premier Vacations & Events and Premier Festivals.
