Premier Arts Collective Launches Public Art and Music Therapeutic Workshops
09.19.2022

Premier Arts Collective (PAC) is pleased to announce their first art and music therapeutic workshops available to the general public. The workshops will be hosted at Triune Mercy Center (222 Rutherford Street, Greenville, SC).
Premier Arts Collective and Triune Mercy Center began their partnership earlier this year, providing closed-group art and music therapy programs for those experiencing homelessness. “It has been truly incredible to see the power of the arts on display in the workshops at Triune,” says Logan Rice, Director of Programs and Events at PAC. “We’ve heard stories of hope, requests for prayer, and testimonies of brokenness in the healing process of these sessions. We are excited to open these workshops to the public so our community can experience the transformative power of the arts, led by our phenomenal therapists.”
The programs will be led by PAC therapists Alison Hughey (music) and Courtney Chandler (art) beginning on Thursday, September 22, 2022. Music workshops will be located in the “Micah” room and Art workshops will be held in Triune’s “Art” room. Both programs will begin at 9:30am and will run for approximately 90 minutes.
“I can’t think of a better place to host these workshops than Triune Mercy Center,” says Rachael Mason, who serves as a Social Worker at Triune Mercy Center. “Triune welcomes all who enter our doors, and the art and music therapeutic workshops further TMC and PAC’s collective mission of healing and transformation for those we encounter.”
